- Patients are ultimately responsible for ensuring in-network status, and for obtaining valid referrals for HMOs, Health Select and United TX One Marketplace plans, or be financially responsible in full for the visits and any account balances.
- Dr. Sallee is a new provider at our office and accepts the same insurance plans as Dr. Amin. She may not show up on all insurance plans yet because of her recent enrollment. If Dr. Amin is in-network with your insurance, your visit with Dr. Sallee will also be processed as in-network by your insurance.
